Contoh, apabila anda ingin membuat segmen customer repeat order yang ordernya selesai 7 hari lalu dan customer merupakan customer yang berdomisili di Jawa Barat untuk nantinya diberikan promo Free Ongkir. Anda<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tidak bisa memilih 1 kriteria lebih dari sekali.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>Kriteria yang dapat dipilih:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a. Memiliki label <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anda dapat membuat segmentasi dengan kriteria user memiliki label tertentu yang sebelumnya telah anda buat. Order Insight<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anda dapat membuat segmentasi dengan kriteria yang diolah dari data Order (Order Insight):<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Total sukses order &#8211; berdasarkan total sukses order dari customer\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Total harga sukses order &#8211; berdasarkan total harga dari order customer<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Total order diretur &#8211; berdasarkan total order yang diretur<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tanggal order pertama &#8211; berdasarkan tanggal order pertama yang dibuat customer<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tanggal order terakhir (selesai) &#8211; berdasarkan tanggal order terakhir yang statusnya selesai dari customer<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tanggal order terakhir (retur) &#8211; berdasarkan tanggal order terakhir yang statusnya retur dari customer<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Status pengiriman terakhir &#8211; berdasarkan status pengiriman terakhir dari customer, ada 3 status yang bisa dipilih: Gagal Kirim, Hilang\/Rusak, dan Terkirim.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Masing-masing dari kriteria tersebut memiliki kondisi yang dapat anda pilih dan isi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Untuk insight yang berhubungan dengan <\/span><b>Total <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Qty &amp; Harga) maka beberapa kondisi yang dapat dipilih, yaitu:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lebih dari<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lebih dari sama dengan<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kurang dari<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kurang dari sama dengan<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sama dengan<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tidak sama dengan<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Untuk insight yang berhubungan dengan <\/span><b>Tanggal <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">maka beberapa kondisi yang dapat dipilih, yaitu:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pada<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rentang waktu<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sebelum<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Setelah<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">X hari yang lalu<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c. <\/span>Product Insight<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anda dapat membuat segmentasi dengan kriteria yang diolah dari data Produk yang dibeli (Product Insight):<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Produk paling sering dibeli &#8211; berdasarkan produk yang paling sering dibeli customer<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Produk paling sering diretur &#8211; berdasarkan produk yang paling sering diretur customer<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tanggal pemesanan produk terakhir &#8211; berdasarkan tanggal pemesanan terakhir pada produk tertentu<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Total sukses order produk &#8211; berdasarkan total sukses order pada produk tertentu.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>d. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Data Pelanggan<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anda dapat membuat segmentasi dengan data yang dipunyai pelanggan anda. Data yang diambil merupakan dari data order dan data pelanggan yang anda tambahkan. Saat ini, data yang dapat dibuatkan segmentasi yaitu adalah Alamat (Provinsi) dari pelanggan anda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10. Anda akan melihat summary berapa jumlah pelanggan yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang anda buat sebelumnya. List pelanggan inilah yang akan dikirimi broadcast.
