Kendala ini dapat mempengaruhi waktu, biaya, dan kualitas layanan pengiriman.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Untuk mengatasi kendala pengiriman, sangat penting bagi Penjual\/pengirim memberikan feedback melalui Dashboard Kendala Pengiriman. Penjual\/pengirim tidak bisa memberikan feedback untuk order sudah berstatus:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Returned<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Canceled<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Delivered<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Lost\/Broken<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Penjual\/pengirim juga tidak bisa memberikan feedback apabila sudah melebihi tanggal max hold paket. Max hold dihitung dari Tanggal kendala attempt PERTAMA. Semakin tinggi kualitas feedback yang diberikan, semakin besar peluang paketnya terkirim. Sebaliknya, rendahnya kualitas feedback dapat meningkatkan resiko paket gagal dikirim atau bahkan menjadi retur.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Kualitas Feedback Tinggi (High Quality Feedback) \u2192 Feedback\/instruksi yang diberikan sudah baik, meliputi:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Ada detail instruksi dan bukti link instruksi yang jelas.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Tercantum nomor HP Pembeli\/penerima yang benar di bukti chat user dengan Pembeli\/penerima pada bukti link instruksi.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Jika ingin antar ulang paket, ada bukti chat bahwa Pembeli\/penerima ingin paketnya diantar ulang.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Kualitas Feedback Rendah (Low Quality Feedback) \u2192 Feedback\/instruksi bisa diperbaiki agar kendala diproses lebih baik. Semakin cepat Penjual\/pengirim memberikan feedback, semakin efektif dan lancar proses kelanjutan pengiriman dapat berlangsung.<br \/><br \/>Kecepatan feedback dibagi dalam 2 kategori:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Feedback Tepat Waktu (On time Feedback): Feedback yang diberikan user masih dalam masa hold paket.\u00a0<br \/><br \/>Contoh: Penjual\/pengirim beri feedback <em>Antar Ulang Hubungi Penerima<\/em> tanggal 1 Agustus 2024. Untuk maksimal masa hold paket tanggal 8 Agustus 2024. Maka feedback yang diberikan Penjual\/pengirim termasuk on time feedback.\u00a0<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Terlambat (Late Feedback) : Feedback yang diberikan user sudah lewat masa hold paket.<br \/><br \/>Contoh: Penjual\/pengirim beri feedback <em>Antar Ulang Besok<\/em> tanggal 12 Agustus 2024. Untuk maksimal masa hold paket tanggal 9 Agustus 2024. Ini biasanya terjadi pada layanan pengiriman atau penyimpanan, di mana paket disimpan sementara sebelum diambil oleh penerima karena sebelumnya terjadi kendala pengiriman (gagal kirim paket).<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Masa hold dari masing-masing jasa ekspedisi ada di landing page berikut:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/everpro.id\/terms_condition\/panduan-klaim-pengiriman\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/everpro.id\/terms_condition\/panduan-klaim-pengiriman\/<br \/><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><em>Masa hold dihitung dari undelivery pertama kali<\/em><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>POD Undel<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>POD (Proof of Delivery) undelivery merujuk pada situasi di mana pengiriman paket tidak berhasil dilakukan dan tidak ada bukti penerimaan yang dihasilkan. Dalam konteks pengiriman barang, hal ini bisa terjadi karena beberapa alasan, seperti:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Penerima tidak ada di lokasi: Penerima tidak berada di alamat saat pengiriman dilakukan.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Alamat tidak lengkap atau salah: Alamat yang diberikan tidak akurat, sehingga kurir tidak dapat menemukan lokasi.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Ditolak: Penerima menolak paket yang di antar kurir<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Penerima tidak memesan paket: Penerima tidak merasa melakukan pemesanan paket<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Penerima belum dapat membayar COD: Saat paket di antar kurir, penerima belum dapat membayar uang COD<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Consignee Unknown: Saat kurir mengantar paket, kurir tidak bisa menemukan penerima di alamat yang tertera karena nama penerima tidak dikenali<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Reschedule\/Permintaan penundaan: Penerima melakukan penjadwalan kembali untuk pengantaran paketnya<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Kantor tutup: Saat kurir melakukan pengantaran paket, alamat kantor sedang tutup<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Kondisi lain: cuaca buruk atau masalah teknis dengan kendaraan pengiriman, dan lain-lain<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Jasa ekspedisi biasanya akan memberikan notifikasi kepada pengirim dan penerima mengenai status pengiriman nya. POD biasanya berisi informasi mengenai alasan pengiriman yang gagal, seperti alamat yang tidak jelas, penerima tidak ada di tempat, atau masalah lain yang menghambat proses pengiriman. Namun, tak jarang bukti POD yang diinformasikan ini tidak valid.
